During these years, your child develops in many areas, including logical thought, emotional maturity and physical coordination. Importantly, she builds study habits that will last a lifetime. At the same time, she grows in confidence as she makes new friends and develops fresh interests that can also be life-long. But this is a complex time, and it can be stressful when there are tests or exams to pass, or when preparing for transfer to secondary school.
