Royal Mail Christmas Stamps Activities for Children

Royal Mail ran their third prestigious competition for primary school pupils to design stamps for Christmas 2017. Their first took place in the 'eighties! The second was the the hugely popular Christmas 2013 competition, where 240,000 entries were received. The competition theme for the 2017 competition was ‘What does the Christmas season mean to you?’.

To support the competition we have some great lesson plans and activities. They were designed in conjunction with teachers and educational specialists, and are linked to the National Curriculum requirements in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. They can be used at home or within a school or childcare setting.

They're still fun and interesting even though the competition is now over!
