Welcome to our Pancake Day/Lent section on iChild!

Pancake Day, also known as Shrove Tuesday, is the last day before the Christian period called Lent. Shrove Tuesday always falls 47 days before Easter Sunday, and is one of the moveable feasts in the Church calendar.

Shrove Tuesday will be celebrated on 1st March 2022 and on 21st February 2023.
