Pancake Day/Lent Activities for Children
Welcome to our Pancake Day/Lent section!
Shrove Tuesday is the last day before the Christian period called Lent. Shrove Tuesday always falls 47 days before Easter Sunday, and is one of the moveable feasts in the Church calendar.
In 2012 Shrove Tuesday is on 21st February and in 2013 on 12th February .
Why not let your child colour in our Pancake Day activities, complete an acrostic poem, fill in the blanks, or help make either our sweet or savoury pancake recipes.
