GoldMaking a Moving Picture Card

This resource guides children through the process of making a moving picture card. They will look at some mechanical systems and then plan, prepare and create a card. They will explore how their structure can be made stronger, stiffer and more stable, and explore and use mechanisms, such as levers and sliders in their product.

The PDF file provides notes for the teachers. It contains keywords, worksheet templates to create their card, and an index for the accompanying PowerPoint presentation.

The PowerPoint presentation displays the lesson content to the classroom.
